Upgrade console is one of the main menus in the CIFI Cell Idle Factory Incremental.

Here you can select different upgrade areas to work on. Most Upgrades are unlocked based on the Ships unlocks. Keep in mind that permanent bonuses from the upgrades that are not reset on Loop Resets work even if locked, but the ones that require progress and being bought will not give you any benefits prior to unlocking.
